The Victorian Minister for Planning granted a planning permit through the Development Facilitation Program, with construction expected to take around 18 months and create approximately 300 construction jobs and 12 ongoing operational roles.
Leneva-Baranduda Precinct Structure Plan
The Leneva-Baranduda Precinct Structure Plan is the approved planning framework for about 1062 hectares within Wodonga's south-east growth area.
