The take
3 July 2026Multi Check is live!
Multi Check answers a question we hear constantly: what's the right catchment for my site? A 1 km ring? A 10-minute drive? Something you'd draw by hand? The honest answer is that you can't know until you compare them - so now you can, in one run.
Drop one pin and run up to 4 catchments at once - radial rings, drive/walk/cycle-time isochrones, or a boundary you draw yourself. Each catchment gets the full area analysis (population and growth, demographics, market indicators and every sector on your plan) and the results land side by side in one table, with each catchment's population previewed before you commit a credit. Every shape is saved to your portfolio, auto-named and re-openable as a full report, and the whole comparison exports to CSV.
We ran it on a single Melton South pin while putting this post together: the 1 km ring holds 6,916 people while the 10-minute drive holds 58,773 - roughly an 8x spread from the same location. And the growth stand-out wasn't the obvious one: the 2 km ring is up 27.1% since the 2021 Census, well clear of the levels either side of it. The optimal level to market a site to is rarely the one you'd guess.
